Camping & Lodging
One of the things that makes Widow’s Harvest special is that the festival does not end when the last set finishes for the night. Campfires stay lit, musicians wander between campsites, late night jam sessions strike up, strangers become neighbors, and the entire camp slowly turns into its own temporary little village beneath the Harvest Moon.
Whether you are roughing it in a tent, pulling in with an RV, or grabbing a bunkhouse room for the weekend, we want everybody to understand the setup clearly before arriving.
Primitive Camping
Primitive camping is available Friday and Saturday night for attendees who purchase both a Weekend Pass and a Camping Pass.
Camping passes are priced per person, not per campsite.
This is communal festival camping rather than individually assigned campground plots. Please camp respectfully, be mindful of your neighbors, and help us keep the grounds clean and welcoming for everybody throughout the weekend.
If you intend to stay overnight onsite, you must purchase a Camping Pass in addition to your admission ticket.
Camping availability is limited.
RV Electric Sites
RV Electric Sites are available in limited quantities and include access to electrical hookup service.
RV site reservations are separate from festival admission and camping access. All RV attendees must still purchase a Weekend Pass and Camping Pass individually.
Please remember that RV spaces are limited and reserved specifically for vehicles requiring electrical hookup access.
Additional RV arrival information and placement instructions will be announced closer to the festival.
B&B Bunkhouse Rooms
For attendees looking for a little more comfort at the end of the night, limited bunkhouse style lodging is available onsite.
These private rooms sleep up to three people and include air conditioning with access to communal indoor bathrooms and showers. Think of it less like a hotel and more like a relatively nice summer camp hostel setup with a comfortable bed, a cool room, and a quiet place to recharge after a long day in the sun and dust.
The bunkhouses are located across the field from the main festival grounds, which means guests are slightly removed from the late night noise and campsite activity. For a lot of people, that balance winds up being the best of both worlds: close enough to remain part of the experience while still having a quieter and more comfortable place to sleep at the end of the night.
Bunkhouse rooms are extremely limited and tend to go quickly.
General Camping Expectations
Please treat the grounds, facilities, staff, volunteers, artists, and fellow attendees with respect throughout the weekend.
Handle your trash responsibly.
Do not leave fires unattended.
Do not block roads or emergency access routes.
Keep campsites reasonably organized and safe.
Look out for one another.
Widow’s Harvest works because people collectively choose to create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, communal, creative, and human. We intend to keep it that way.
